Toni is the Financial Controller and a co-founder of Safetech Pty Ltd, the 2006 Telstra Australian Business of the year located in country Victoria. Safetech was initially operated from Toni and her husband’s small home office and today employs 55 people, conducting business nationally and internationally.
Toni’s interests have included active involvement with local educational institutions, business groups and sporting organisations. She is currently a member of Monash University Advisory Council and the Victorian Government Small Business Advisory Council as well as numerous Regional Economic Development bodies.
She has been a convener and tutor for the Young Achievers program and a teacher, trainer and mentor for 25 small business owners through TAFE'S small-business training programme.
She shares mutual interests with her two daughters including energetic gym sessions, horse riding, walking and shopping! Often known to state "they should use a round ball " while watching AFL games, she enthusiastically embraces the credo “life is a journey, not a destination”.

Elaine, a Churchill Fellow, was 2004 National Telstra Business Woman of the Year, Corporate and Government sector; 2010 winner of the American Academy of Audiology’s Award for Achievement in Industry; Women in Leadership Asia’s Leading Woman in Healthcare (2011) and winner of the Pearcey Award for Entrepreneurship in ICT (Victoria) in 2011.
She is on the Board of the Children’s Charity Network, is a member of the Industry Advisory panel for Swinburne University, on the panel of the Department of Business & Innovation’s Small Technologies Industry Uptake Program and a Health Committee Member of the Australasian SME Alliance (ASMEA).
