Who is our guest?
Alex has more than 34 years’ experience in business and technology strategy and has done every possible role from the bottom to the top. She has worked at executive levels in major Australian and UK companies and successfully delivered major projects and strategic programs from concept through to delivery. She has worked in banking, financial services, utilities, and engineering industries.
Whilst she has guided organizations through major business transformation projects — delivering more than 50% reduction in cost/ complexity — by aligning processes and technology to what customers value. On numerous occasions she has shown organizations how to dramatically increase business value while reducing the cost and risk of projects.
But what Alex enjoys most is helping business executives acquire new thinking models and techniques which make it easy for them to get the business results they want from projects. Alex does this through EngineeredThinkingTM — techniques for thinking that consciously emulate what the brain does automatically and which dramatically improve organizations’ problem-solving, productivity, learning and capabilities to deal easily with complex problems.
